Who we are

This page is operated by AO American Benefits, powered by USA Benefits Group (USABG), so that Tyler Kirby with AO American Benefits (powered by USA Benefits Group) can review private health coverage options with you and follow up on the information you request. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or complete the coverage quiz, how that information is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you answer questions on the advisor coverage quiz or request a consultation, we collect the details you enter:

• Your ZIP code, or your business ZIP code
• Who needs coverage (household type), the ages of the people on the plan, and the number of children
• For business inquiries, the number of employees who need coverage
• What you currently pay each month for health coverage, or that you do not currently have coverage
• Whether you currently receive a Marketplace subsidy
• Your general health rating
• A checklist of medical conditions, recent treatments, and medications (such as insulin-dependent diabetes, cancer, heart attack or stroke, liver, kidney or heart disease, autoimmune disorders, planned major surgery, specialty or biologic medications, and diabetes or weight-loss injections), or that none apply
• Your annual household income range
• Your first and last name, phone number, and email address
• Your communication consent selection and the exact time it was submitted

Partial or unfinished quiz entries. As you step through the quiz, we save your progress along the way. If you enter contact information on the quiz, your licensed advisor may use what you shared to follow up on your coverage request even if you close the page before booking a calendar time. If you leave earlier steps before entering any contact details, those anonymous step counts are only used to understand where visitors stop.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and measurement tools automatically record standard technical details when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, campaign attribution parameters (such as UTM tags), the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.

How we use your information

• To match your situation against available private health insurance plans and prepare relevant plan comparisons for your review
• To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your coverage inquiry and scheduled appointments, in accordance with the consent you provide on the quiz
• To measure website performance, evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising, and improve the visitor experience
• To maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable state and federal regulations

We use your health and income answers strictly to understand which plans may fit your household and to prepare for your consultation with a licensed agent. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls, text messages, and emails (TCPA and SMS privacy)

The final step of the quiz includes a single, un-prechecked consent checkbox. When you check that box and submit the form, you agree to be contacted by AO American Benefits and Tyler Kirby (powered by USA Benefits Group) by phone call, text message (SMS), and email at the phone number and email address you provide. This covers both marketing communications about coverage options and offers and non-marketing communications such as appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and responses to your coverage inquiry.

Calls and text messages may be sent using automated dialing technology, artificial or prerecorded voice, or automated messaging systems. Providing consent is never a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time by replying to an email or telling your advisor.

Strict protection of mobile opt-in data. No mobile telephone number or text messaging opt-in information will ever be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may only be processed by our contracted technology providers (such as telecommunications carriers and customer-relationship platforms) strictly to deliver messages on our behalf. All other categories in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How your information is shared

Your quiz submission is delivered directly to the customer system of your licensed advisor, Tyler Kirby, and our agency team at AO American Benefits and USA Benefits Group so a licensed producer can review your options and assist you.

We also use trusted infrastructure and software vendors (such as secure web hosting, scheduling tools, and customer-relationship management software) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unrelated third parties or outside lead brokers for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or regulatory authority.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. The pixel records standard page visits and whether a quiz was submitted, qualified, or resulted in a booked appointment. We do not share your individual quiz answers, health checklist selections, income bracket, or contact details with Meta.

To manage or opt out of personalized advertising on Meta, visit your Meta ad preferences, or configure your web browser to block third-party cookies and tracking scripts.

Data security and retention

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you submit, including encrypted transmission over HTTPS and restricted access within our advisor customer platform. Because no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely immune from risk, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to serve your coverage request and satisfy applicable insurance record-keeping and legal requirements.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and older. While parents or guardians may share dependent age and count information to compare family coverage, we do not direct this site to children under 18 or knowingly collect personal contact information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal details without parental consent, please contact us so we can remove the record promptly.

Your privacy choices and state rights

You are always free to decline to submit information through the quiz, though we will not be able to match plan options online without those details. You may opt out of texts, calls, or emails at any time, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted. Residents of certain states may have additional statutory rights regarding access, deletion, and correction of personal information.

Updates to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect updates to our practices or regulatory requirements. Whenever we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
